Sausage Muffins with Bisquick
Ingredients

1 pound ground breakfast sausage (any flavor)

1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

4 large eggs

1 cup Bisquick baking mix
Instructions
1. Prepare sausage

Brown the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat.

Drain excess fat.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Make batter

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick until well combined.

Stir in the cooked sausage.
3. Fill muffin pan

Grease 12 muffin cups.

Fill each about ¾ full.
4. Bake

Bake for 18–20 minutes.

Remove, cool slightly, and serve.
Notes

Cheese: Any type can be used (mozzarella, Swiss, or Monterey Jack).

Storage: Refrigerate in a sealed container for 3–4 days.

Freezing: Freeze tightly wrapped for up to 3 months.
