1 egg
-
½ cup flour (all-purpose is good)
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon pepper
For Cooking

Oil for frying — vegetable or canola oil works great
👩🍳 How to Make Them
1. Get the veggies ready
Grate the carrot, zucchini, and potato.
Put them in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out the water — this is important!
You want them dry, not wet.
Put the squeezed veggies in a big bowl.
Add the chopped green onions.
2. Add the good stuff
Add the grated cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together with a spoon or your hands.
It should stick together when you press it.
3. Make the patties
Take a little handful of the mixture and shape it into a flat round patty.
Not too thick — about as thick as your finger.
Put them on a plate while you make the rest.
4. Cook them crispy
Put a big pan on the stove over medium heat.
Add a thin layer of oil — enough to cover the bottom.
Wait until the oil is hot (a little water drop should sizzle).
Gently put the patties in the pan — don’t crowd them.
Cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.
Flip carefully and cook the other side for 3–4 minutes too.
5. Drain and serve
Take them out and put them on a plate with paper towels (this soaks extra oil).
Serve them warm — cheese is melty and yummy!
