½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Wet Ingredients

3 overripe bananas, mashed

¾ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup packed brown sugar

2 large eggs
-
⅓ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
Optional Mix-ins

½–¾ cup chocolate chips

Preheat Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line loaf pan(s) with parchment paper. -
Mix Dry
Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder & salt. -
Mix Wet
In a separate bowl, mash bananas. Add sugars, eggs, oil, vanilla & sour cream → mix until combined. -
Combine
Add dry ingredients to wet. Stir gently until just combined — don’t overmix. Fold in chocolate chips if using. -
Bake
Pour batter into prepared pan(s).-
Mini loaves: 40–50 min
